Difference between frequency conversion water pump and ordinary water pump

Ordinary water pump: ordinary water pump is a single pump without any other electrical control device except pump body and motor, which can not realize automatic start and stop. The motor insulation grade of ordinary water pump can not be class B or class F, without strict requirements. At present, the motor with class F insulation has been popularized and can basically meet the requirements of general water supply and drainage field.
Variable frequency water pump: variable frequency water pump refers to the water pump device with high insulation level (currently the mainstream is f), supplemented by frequency converter, microcomputer controller, valve assembly group, sensor and voltage stabilizing device, so as to realize automatic water supply. Due to the influence of variable speed on the cooling fan of variable frequency water pump, the heat dissipation may not be very good, so the motor with high insulation level is required. Some strict occasions may also need to be equipped with a special frequency conversion motor (no matter how the motor speed, the motor fan is running at high speed). At present, the motor with class F insulation has been widely used. For the frequency conversion water pump required in the fields of building water supply and industrial water supply and drainage, it is only necessary to add frequency conversion control device and relevant pipe valve on the basis of ordinary water pump, without the need for special variable frequency motor.

Differential connection
Difference: ordinary water pump is pump + motor; and variable frequency water pump is a small unit of pump + motor + variable frequency controller + sensor + pipe valve. The ordinary water pump can only be controlled manually, and the variable frequency pump can realize automatic operation.
Connection: the pump part of variable frequency water pump is the same as that of ordinary water pump. The difference is that the motor of variable frequency water pump requires higher insulation level, and even special frequency conversion motor is required in some occasions (no matter how the speed is adjusted, the fan of the motor runs at high speed). At present, the motor with class F insulation has been widely used. For the frequency conversion water pump required in the fields of building water supply and industrial water supply and drainage, it is only necessary to add frequency conversion control device and relevant pipe valve on the basis of ordinary water pump, without the need for special variable frequency motor.
