The daily maintenance of centrifugal pump is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of centrifugal pump. Only when the centrifugal pump is operated in a good state of equipment, can it give full play to the efficiency of the equipment and ensure the normal production needs.
Generally, the whole centrifugal pump has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Within 6 months after the purchase of the pump, the unused centrifugal pump does not need to be disassembled and inspected. It only needs to check whether the rotation is flexible, whether there is corrosion and whether the oil is injected. If it is a centrifugal pump with packing seal, such as is centrifugal pump and horizontal multistage centrifugal pump, packing shall be added before the pump is used.

1、 Daily maintenance of centrifugal pump
The routine maintenance of centrifugal pump usually includes the following work:
(1) Keep the equipment clean, dry, free of oil and leakage.
(2) Check whether the operation sound of centrifugal pump is normal, whether there is vibration and leakage every day, and deal with the problems in time if found.
(3) Check whether the oil level in the suspension oil chamber of the centrifugal pump is appropriate every day, and it must be kept at L / 3 and 2 / 3 of the oil level.
(4) It is strictly prohibited for centrifugal pump to work under the condition that the liquid in the pool (barrel) is evacuated, because the centrifugal pump will not only vibrate violently, but also affect the service life of the pump under the condition of evacuation, therefore, special attention must be paid.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to enter into metal objects, rubber, cotton yarn, plastic cloth and other flexible materials in the centrifugal pump, so as to avoid damaging the flow passage parts of the pump and blocking the flow passage of the impeller, so that the pump can not work normally.
(6) Regularly check the concentricity of claw coupling.
(7) For the centrifugal pump with packing seal, the leakage at the packing box shall be checked regularly. The normal leakage at the packing box shall be 10-20 drops per minute; otherwise, the tightness position of the packing gland shall be adjusted. It is recommended to use centrifugal pump with mechanical seal, such as ISW horizontal centrifugal pump
(8) The bearing temperature shall be checked frequently, and the Zui high temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃ ~ 75 ℃.
(9) Change the lubricating oil in the suspension oil chamber after running L () O H within * months after running the water pump, and change the lubricating oil every 500h after running the water pump
(10) The support mechanism of the inlet and outlet pipeline system (pipe fittings and valves) of the centrifugal pump shall be checked frequently to ensure that the support mechanism is firm and the pump body does not bear the support force.
(11) The fastening condition of fastening bolts of centrifugal pump foundation shall be checked frequently to ensure the connection is firm and reliable.
(12) When the centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, the pump shall be disassembled, treated with rust prevention, reinstalled and properly preserved for the next use.
(13) When the standby centrifugal pump installed in the production system does not operate for a long time, it should rotate 1 / 4 circle every week to make the pump shaft bear the static load and external vibration evenly.
(14) When the centrifugal pump runs for about 2000 hours, periodic inspection shall be carried out to repair or replace the damaged parts, so that the pump is often in good condition.
(15) For the newly installed and overhauled centrifugal pump, it is necessary to first test the rotation direction of the motor, and then put on the pin of the coupling.
(16) Centrifugal pump allows the pump to reverse when the motor is powered off. However, special attention should be paid to that when the delivery height difference of centrifugal pump is very large, check valve should be set on the pipeline to prevent backflow and control the sudden reversal of centrifugal pump.
