Classification and working principle

Liquid level type: the liquid level control is based on the water level difference. In a simple way, it is to stop the machine at high water level to prevent water overflow, and to start at low water level to make up water for the pool. The height of the liquid level is achieved by controlling the distance between the balance weight of the liquid level switch and the floating ball of the switch. The greater the distance is, the greater the water level difference will be. There are essential differences between liquid level type automatic booster pump and timing and differential pressure as well as the variable frequency automatic booster pump mentioned below. It has its unique features and is irreplaceable for timing, differential pressure and frequency conversion automatic booster pump. It is generally used for drainage, water replenishment of high and low water pools, etc.
Frequency conversion type: as the name implies, it is a fully automatic booster pump driven by frequency converter. Variable frequency full-automatic booster pump is developed in recent years. It is also based on a fixed value. Once the control system finds that the actual pressure deviates from the set pressure value, the system will immediately control the supplementary pressure of the water pump. The speed of the pump operation is related to the water consumption speed. The greater the change of water pressure, the larger the surface water consumption. The system will control the rapid operation of the pump to achieve the purpose of pressure supplement; When the pressure value of the pipe network approaches the set pressure value, the system starts to control the pump to slow down. The speed of deceleration is also related to the speed of water consumption. At this time, the smaller the water consumption, the slower the water pump will run. When no water is finally used, the system will control dormancy and the pump will stop running. The automatic booster pump is needed whenever the secondary pressurization is needed and the water pump is not started or stopped manually. If you need constant pressure water supply, please choose frequency conversion type; if you don't require high pressure stability or operate for a long time once starting up, choose pressure difference type; if upper and lower pools or both are water tanks, choose liquid level type.
